Achievements in Last Period

• Outcome of recommendations to Project Board and discussion at Project Board meeting 27/04/17 was that current work with Civitas on ODL students be ceased and that we use the remaining time of the Civitas contract to work with them on a set of lessons learned and recommendations for taking analytics forwards at UoE in the future. 
• The Project Team met with Civitas in Edinburgh early May to provide feedback on the Project Board discussions and discuss practical options that could be actioned over the remaining months of the current contract.
• Due to overlapping leave (PM and Project Sponsor), not possible to hold joint catch up call in June, so this now booked for 07/07/17; dates for Civitas on site visit pencilled in for early August.
• Due to resource availability, it is unlikely that effort can be focussed over Jun/Jul/Aug so the recommendations are likely to be developed Sep/Oct then a decision made on timing of project closure. For the moment, the monthly checkpoint milestones will be kept in place.

Achievements in Last Period

• Completed integration testing in Test
• Completed UAT before 23 June. This has been completed earlier, however as there has been some budget left some more work has been planned to be completed in June.
• Issues 2 and 5 with Learn completed in May
• Cumulative Patch number 3 has been completed and passed UAT
• Rubic grades BB student preview has been developed
• Course menu text issue completed
• Issue with resourcing on July 4 solved by agreeing with Partners and Programme Manger to complete the Go-live on 5 July

• ECA BB Downloads (Unidesk call) to be fixed and tested in June
• Rubic grades BB student preview to be tested

• Go-live on 5 July. Hannah is booked and downtime is planned from 0900-1700 on 5th July which involves testing and tweaking the environment prior to users accessing @ 1700

• Prep for Test Upgrade milestone completed
• Test environment updated to v5 and changed to a single instance
• Integrations (Learn, Moodle) tested successfully
• MyEd Integration awaiting further PebblePad test connection before final integration test can be signed off
• Browsers tested successfully
• Deployment plan signed off
• Digital signage has been prepared

Achievements in the last period

• PHP 5.6.5 has been installed on Dev.
• Data refresh from Live into Dev. completed
• Moodle Dev. upgrade and configuration completed
• Service Team have confirmed they are happy with Dev. Testing
• Boost Theme frame work design agreed and Dev. homepage completed on-going work for other page in progress
• PHP 5.6.5 has now been installed on Test

Issues

• PHP installation was behind scheduled in Dev. environment but there was contingency within the project plan and agreed testing timescales can be reduced, looking at the week commence 10th / 17th July for live deployment. It is looking likely that this will need to deploy week commencing 10th July due to availability of Dev. Tech resource. Reviewing resource options with resource team.
• Service team also wanted to retest Moodle feed prior to upgrade - completed 5th June

• Refresh data in test environment
• Upgrade Moodle in Test and complete configuration
• Update TAD and sign off documentation
• Complete Boost Theme

• The new LTI tool was tested in Moodle 3.2
• The STACK/Learn integration was successfully launched and UAT completed   
• A link to technical documentation in github has been added to wiki
• Delivery milestone completed

• The current LTI link will be deprecated
• Note, Learn upgrade on 5July (changed from 4 July) - UAT will be scheduled to ensure LTI connection not impacted (after project closure)
• Complete user documentation (after full cycle on Test Learn)
• Review server access permissions in School of Maths to ensure no single point of failure
• Begin comms to school/college
