After a busy mid-year period, we find ourselves with the 'DEI' projects withdrawn, and two new in-year project started for ODL Image Upload and for Learn Enhancements.
The programme budget is 286 days, with total effort planned as 442 days, so is 156 days over .
The funding for the two new in-year projects for 20 and 50 days respectively is not yet confirmed, although the projects have been allowed to start on the understanding this will happen. We also have a further overspend of 85 days for the LAT010 and LAT011 projects, which is to be reviewed by IS Director mid-year as already agreed.

In addition to the 'Applications' programme, TEL/TELS may set up a programme of projects run by and using Service Management andf USD resoruces. Projects such as Collaborate Upgrade, Analytics would then be placed in a wider, visible context. How best to set this up will be looked at by programme manager and stakeholders soon.

We will focus on New MyED, given the current on schedule status of the MyED Upgrade Project. The risk of not having a working Old MyED channel to be accepted, with the three daysd Richard has w/c 22nd to be used as fallback if the upgrade is postpoened or backed out.
