Achievements in Last Period

• Completed final communications to schools and agreed "go" decision
• Accessibility issues reviewed and resolved
• User Acceptance Testing signed off (excluding Eugex data feed)
• Deploy Pebblepad v3 (excluding Eugex data feed)

Issues

• Due to ongoing connection issues with Pebblepad, and issues with the Eugex Test data, the project was unable to conclude testing of the new eugex data feed prior to deployment. This is required for schools to set up workspaces and is not required until later in July. Therefore, this will be deployed once testing has concluded (target is by 10/7).
• A number of issues occurred during the deployment which required some tasks to be repeated with Pebble Learning. Therefore, the project cost is Amber as this may require some additional budget to cover these issues and conclude deployment of the Eugex data feed (2-3 days).

• Complete deployment of Eugex data feed to Pebble Learning

Extension of SMART to HSS with Enhancements

Achievements in Last Period  

Meeting held with team and key stakeholders to review project, and agree way forward for the service and future projects.  

Issues

• Phase1: Boxi Report. There is a SMART issue around the MEAN value for Absent students that wil be fixed in July. It has been agreed with Sponsor and Servcie Owner that there wil be no further BOXI work under this project.  
• Phase1: STREAM/SMARTMI. TEST Memory issue still unresolved. This code is dropped as a piece of work - agreed by PM, Sponsor and Service Owner. It has been agreed with Sponsor and Servcie Owner that there wil be no further work under this project.  
• Phase 2: PGT Pass/Fail This work is scheduled for UAT second week of July. Project Sponsor has been given an estimate of around 50 days overspend which he accepts - project and programem budget has been increased accordingly.

Next Steps

• Phase 1 reporting:
  • Fix final SMART issues in July  
• Phase 2 enhancements:
  • UAT in July for PGT Pass/Fail

Issues

• The User acceptance testing has highlighted an issue with the servers supporting the new application; we believe all issues are now resolved, but this remains a risk to the project, so status Amber.
