    • Application is now live and being used across the University

    • Completed actual DPIA for the actual Assessment Automation application
  • Accessibility
    • eQIA completed and published
    • Details of Accessibility report forwarded to the supplier for consideration
  • SSO
    • Investigations towards implementing SSO are on-going
    • Completed Regular Data Feed request form and forwarded to golden copy owners for approval
  • SMTP
    • Investigations towards implementing SMTP are on-going

Issues

  • Whilst investigations are on-going regarding SSO and SMTP, this has been hampered by the lack of technical resource availability

  • Development work for security strengthening completed, needs Dev Tech to also complete their part

Issues

  • Dev Tech availability - there was no availability in July 2019 to complete this work, so the project has moved into 2019/20
  • No budget for 2019/20, therefore project will have to complete using support days

Next Steps

  • Milestone replan required
  • Accurate estimate of days required to finish the project in 2019/20
  • Dev Tech to complete security strengthening work
  • Deploy and complete testing in TEST, then deployment to LIVE

  • Project funding has been agreed with USG to fund the software purchase and ISG to fund the effort.
  • Milestones rescheduled in response to delay caused by lack of funding agreement.
  • Project Brief raised at WIS but not approved.
  • Product evaluation completed and preferred solution identified as eCase from Fivium.
  • Access to preferred solution provided for equality access assessment and report produced.

  • Assist with with the production and sign off of DPIA
  • Assist with with the production and sign off of EqIA assessment and liaise with eCase regarding access recommendations.
  • Engage with Procurement regarding process to purchase preferred solution.
