Achievements this Period

  • Person imports received and set up in TEST
  • Initial Configuration completed in TEST
  • Works on Serving Quick Calls from a suffix to enable Azure authorisation - static files problem has started and is undergoing acceptance testing

 

Issues

  • Issue #9:  UHI Authentication / Setup Azure AD Issue.    The UHI Test Azure is no longer working.  UoE Service Management get referred to their SSO, can authenticate with a UHI account but it then redirects to wwwbob.com.  Note that this was working back in November, when Risk #3 MS Azure Authentication Configuration was CLOSED Thursday, 8 November 2018.   The TEST instance cannot be supplied to UHI in order to complete acceptance until this issue is resolved.  This puts pressure on previously agreed milestones with UHI.  Service Management are in dialogue with UHI to maintain expectations.  Jira:  SMI019A-1 - Setup Azure AD is tracking this issue / attempts to resolve.  Project raised to AMBER

 

Next Steps

  • Resolve the Issue #9:  UHI Authentication / Setup Azure AD Issue
  • Agree new milestones with both the Project Team and UHI once the Authentication issue is resolved, paying particular attention to deployment dates
  • Complete Acceptance testing and sign off against Serving Quick Calls from a suffix to enable Azure authorisation - static files problem
  • Achieve Test Instance Sign Off (With Azure) - UoE
  • Achieve Test Instance Sign Off (With Azure) - UHI
