Achievements this Period

• PICCL raised and agreed at WIS to update the scope of the Project to Local Authentication rather than Shib.  Milestones were also reset and agreed accordingly with a view of enabling a Customer driven launch date of 07-Feb-2019
• Person, hardware and inventory imports both received and applied to TEST
• Final configuration changes made to TEST
• Test instance was finalised and signed off by the Customer

• Internally complete and hand LIVE instance over to RCA
• Achieve final customisations to LIVE and get sign off from RCA
• Complete Deployment Checklist
• Launch / Go Live for RCA
• Prepare Closure Report
