Achievements in Last Period

• UAT sign off for Edinburgh
• Deploy UoE to LIVE
• Live build for Abertay, Stirling and all SQL environments completed
• UAT completed for all institutions (Excluding Durham, Stirling and Ulster)
• Problem Management module fix deployed and tested.

Issues

• Strike action has meant that the deployment to Abertay did not go ahead. This was rejected when submitted to the Change Advisory Board.  The risk was too great in continuing where there may not be the backup if required. Project has been replanned with Demo Live build, and Durham Test build being done in place of the deployment.
• Extra days need to be sourced for the project. This is being discussed with Programme and Portfolio managers.

Next Steps​

• LIVE build for SHI, Napier, Stirling, Durham (LIVE) and Ulster TEST
• Durham test integration testing
• Durham UAT
• Deployment St Andrews
• Ulster TEST v5.7 to v7

RAG Commentary

Change. Time Red, Abertay deployment rescheduled due to strike action (UoE) and risk deemed to high to continue. Replaned with Abertay agreeing new date. Cost red, Portfolio and Programme managers are reviewing to assign the extra days.
