Achievements in Last Period

• Documentation completed
• Deployment dates finalised and communicated to the institutions
• Quickcalls integration to TEST and to LIVE completed, Shibboleth registration of EPNs completed
• LIVE build for Edinburgh completed
• Implementation plan run through completed.

Issues

• Cost of the project has increased. This is due to some of the tasks taking longer than anticipated at the beginning of the project. There have also been an number of additional tasks that have surfaced at the weekly meeting that needed to be actioned in order to complete the main task. The project is now RED as additional day are required. This will be discussed with the project sponsors, and a breakdown of where the overspend has occurred will be provided.
• Problem Management module has required a fix to be implemented by TopDesk. This has been released to us and is now being tested.
• Documentation needs to be updated from our end due to the fix with Problem management
• Go-Live for Edinburgh has been delayed due to issue with Problem Management. New proposed date is 20/02/2018, Stirling to be moved to 23/05/2018 (to be confirmed)

Next Steps​

• Milestones to be updated to reflect recent changes
• Budget to be reviewed.
• Live build for Abertay, Stirling and all SQL environments
• UAT sign off for Edinburgh
• Deploy UoE to LIVE
• UAT completed for all institutions (Excluding Durham, Stirling and Ulster)
