Programme Commentary
Overall RIS programme is progressing with the following projects : -
- RES069 - Developer resource engaged to complete outstanding priority JIRAs, agreement to move into Test environment, budget for additional days in progress
- RIS005 - ITT being evaluated by project team
- RIS006 - progressing to plan
- RIS007 - Project brief delayed due to revised plan for RES069, however project brief now completed and being submitted for approval, suspend for 2 months whilst activity focuses on RES069
- RIS008 - Planning milestone reviewed and re-planned due to festive break, workshops held and more in progress to gather business requirements
Other activity running alongside projects is engagement from Core Systems team, meeting held to discuss potential impacts of changes to Org Hierarchy. Programme team have highlighted the risk of RIS projects, REF 2021 preparations and impacts emerging from Core Systems that this will have a high impact on RIS team resources.

AP89-027 GDPR for Pure project - establish if this project is ready to start and what the scope and requirements are aligned to this.
