Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

Commentary

During April, work in USG011 Legal Services SharePoint Site formally completed on 19 April and the project was closed on 26 April 2019. The Closure Report is now available to view.

The new project to replace the D& A ThankQ platform, USG014 Development and Alumni CRM Procurement, officially started on 19 April 2019. Good progress have been made with the Prior Information Notice (PIN) already published, and planning completed.

The project to upgrade the ThankQ server, USG012 ThankQ Upgrade, is reporting an AMBER RAG status following delays in obtaining estimation figures from the technical development team and pressure on PM limiting availability which has been resolved. All other projects are GREEN.

The overall USG Other Programme status is GREEN.

  • Dev Tech were booked to complete an analysis phase but due to a lack of their availability this has not been completed.
  • Project has not been able to progress due to lack of Project Manager availability (now resolved)
