Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

Commentary

This new 2018/19 session starts with two ongoing projects:

• USG010 Clearing 2018 - has successfully reached delivery, and will closed next month.
• USG011 Legal Services SharePoint Site - has an AMBER status because delivery has been delayed due to a resource conflict in the SharePoint service management team. The project schedule is being revised and new milestone dates are TBC.

A new project has been added to the programme:

• USG012 ThankQ Upgrade - has started planning which is due to complete in November 2018.

We note that the full plan for 2018/19 has not yet been finalised and published. Additional projects may be added at a later date, i.e. a project to support clearing 2019 is expected but has not been confirmed. Programme management effort and contingency will be released when the plan is confirmed. The start of year budget mentioned in the tables below only covers the three ongoing projects mentioned above.

The overall USG Other Programme status is GREEN.
