Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Commentary
During June 2018, work has progressed well over all the projects and the USG Other Programme status is GREEN:
- USG002 - GREEN - Delivery was achieved. The closure report is drafted and will be finalised and signed off following staff annual leave.
- USG010 - GREEN - Planning is done, and execution has started.
- USG011 - GREEN - Project resumed on the 18 June following suspension because of a resource conflict in the SharePoint service management team.
The budget for USG002 was reduced by 8 days, see USG002 PICCL 8. In turn, the programme budget was reduced by 8 days to 316 days, see PRICCL 112.
