Commentary
Please note that the project RAG status is following the guidelines available on the Project RAG status guidance page.
Overall the USG Other Programme is AMBER, with three active projects, one delayed by external supplier (USG002) and one suspended (USG011) due to internal resource conflict. The utilisation rate remains low due to the slow progress in USG002 and USG011 as mentioned. USG010 recently started and work is expected to increase in coming weeks. The contingency held within the USG Other Programme (32d as programme contingency and 55d as portfolio contingency) is expected to be released in support of compliance work in Human Resources.
USG002 - AMBER - due to vendor not delivering on agreed date of 19-Mar-18, instead expecting to be now in early May with an expected knock-on delay to the closure date. Delivery ahead of 25-May-18 remains feasible and likely. While the risk remains for the potential that consent may need to be sought if legitimate interest is no longer a viable proposal this is now very low probability.
USG010 - GREEN - project initiated earlier than planned to enable the room allocation issue to be resolved: likely alternative space identified in Argyle House.
USG011 - SUSPENDED - Suspension due to resource conflict with higher priority projects.
