Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

Commentary

The programme has been renamed to USG Portfolio Projects following the recent change of SASG to University Secretary's Group (USG).

This programme overall is GREEN as the projects are expected to complete within the year.

For DAS008 the ThankQ to IDM connector still has 4 remaining issues to be resolved. As these are not resolved, and the cut-off for the General Council Elections has passed, the deployment to LIVE will not be able to be completed until February. The decision to resolve the Events Booking issue is to remove the functionality, and this is now planned and funding agreed to complete the work. As expected more effort was spent in Novemer resolving issues and the outstanding decision; this is now expected to continue into December, with re-testing in February to confirm the ThankQ to IDM interface is fully functional before deploying to LIVE.

Development & Alumni will lead on the project, the IS Applications involvement is expected to be limited mainly to development resources in relation to estimation for any integration work that may be required. This is currently expected to be around 5d.

Dependencies

Development & Alumni starting the business case. Potential overlap with other CRM projects: HSS004 CRM for HSS Options Appraisal and New University-wide CRM.

Achievements this Period

UAT checks continuing with Applications Management and Development & Alumni - some more tests passed but issues remaing

Issues

Testing sign-off not yet achieved - milestones to be revised again because of hiatus required for period of General Council elections
New issue of data transfer to IDM reported - to be investigated by Dev Tech
Resource unavailable to make changes to Events Booking feed (because of higher priority work)
