Commentary

This programme overall is GREEN as the projects are expected to complete within the year.

For DAS008 issues still remain with the ThankQ to IDM connector, and so the project is AMBER. The decision to resolve the Events Booking issue is to remove the functionality, and this is now planned and funding agreed to complete the work. As expected more effort was spent in October resolving issues and the outstanding decision; this is now expected to continue into November with closure in December.

Development & Alumni will lead on the project, the IS Applications involvement is expected to be limited mainly to development resources in relation to estimation for any integration work that may be required. This is currently expected to be around 5d.

Dependencies

Development & Alumni starting the business case. Potential overlap with other CRM projects: HSS004 CRM for HSS Options Appraisal and New University-wide CRM.

Achievements this Period

UAT checks continuing with Applications Management and Development & Alumni - more tests passed
Development & Alumni agreed that Events Booking functionality can be removed
Development & Alumni approved funding for additional effort

Issues

ThankQ -> IDM Connector not yet signed off as tests not fully complete
Risk that project may have to be suspended during election period if deployment to LIVE cannot be completed in November

Next Steps

Implement changes for feed to Events Booking and deploy modifications to LIVE.
Sign-off testing of IDM connector and deploy changes to LIVE.
