Commentary

This programme overall is GREEN as the projects are expected to complete within the year.

For DAS008 issues remain with the ThankQ to IDM connector, and the decision needed to resolve the Events Booking issue (remove or improve the functionality) is not yet agreed. The project is therefore AMBER, and now becoming more urgent as this is needed in LIVE before the General Council Elections in November. Less effort was used in September than expected due to the lack of resolution, this is now expected to be resolved in October.

Development & Alumni will lead on the project, the IS Applications involvement is expected to be limited mainly to development resources in relation to estimation for any integration work that may be required. This is currently expected to be around 5d.

Dependencies

Development & Alumni starting the business case. Potential overlap with other CRM projects: HSS004 CRM for HSS Options Appraisal and New University-wide CRM.

Achievements this Period

UAT checks continuing with Applications Management and Development & Alumni
More fixes to IDM connector made by ThankQ
Agreement reached on how to address issues with Events Booking channel, however resolution requires decision on removing or improving the Events Booking feed.

Issues

ThankQ -> IDM Connector not yet signed off as tests not fully complete
Awaiting decision on whether to remove or improve Events Booking feed. Project reported as AMBER because this decision is not yet agreed, and additional effort may be required dependent on approach.

Next Steps

Finalise resolution of feed to Events Booking and deploy agreed changes to LIVE.
Finalise testing of IDM connector and deploy changes to LIVE.
