Commentary

This programme is GREEN as the funding for the unplanned carry-over is agreed, and the projects are expected to complete within the year.

For DAS008 good progress has been made with the ThankQ to IDM connector, however it is still RED as the date and approach to resolving the performance issues with the Events Booking selection are still to be resolved. A plan to resolve this will be agreed in the coming month.

SAS001 has been transferred into the Research Programme within the CSG Portfolio.

Development & Alumni will lead on the project, the IS Applications involvement is expected to be limited mainly to development resources in relation to estimation for any integration work that may be required. This is currently expected to be around 5d.

Dependencies

Development & Alumni starting the business case. Potential overlap with other CRM projects: HSS004 CRM for HSS Options Appraisal and New University-wide CRM.

New feed for Events Booking not yet signed off - questions around performance times to be addressed - hence RED status
Project reported as Amber given outstanding milestones on Events Booking
