Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
This programme remains as overall RED for the current year as the funding for the unplanned carry-over is not yet agreed.
DAS008 is RED as the budget for completion of the work, now in 14/15, is not yet clear. Assuming the funding can be provided it is still expected that the project will be able to deliver the decommissioning before the drop dead date for the infrastructure as the 2 week concentrated period is confirmed as scheduled to start 7th August. There is also agreement on the new affiliation types, with the decision being taken to remove these from the ThankQ to IDM interface at this point.
In relation to the budget and balances in the table below, the SAS001 PURE Database Migration programme budget will be reduced this year to reflect the work now expected following the re-plan. This project will be transferred to the Research Programme within CSG for next year (corresponding to the wider University organisational changes), and so the unplanned carry-over will transfer with it.
