SCE002 Tomography Control Category: Discretionary, Funded
Milestones
RAG Status GREEN | Report by Dave Berry for February 2014Achievements in Last PeriodThe Brief was completed and signed off. Build work has begun as planned. IssuesThe new hardware has taken longer than expected to arrive. This means that the new software has not been tested with the new camera or the new PC. So there is a risk that problems may be discovered when the hardware does arrive, which may entail more effort than planned. This is being managed under the existing risk for unexpected technical issues. The project sponsor is aware of the risk and happy to proceed. Next StepsIn March we will complete the build and test in with the new hardware. |
