Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Commentary:
During March, there was no activity in the existing project. SCEP02 Virtual Edinburgh PM Consultancy and Support The planned projects are awaiting resources with a contractor PM expected to start in late April and initiate these:
- Support to handle PGT cash deposit
- Support for ShareLatex and OverLeaf application trial
- Support for a project marking tool
We note the creation of a new Cross College Portfolio to provide a view of projects where activities span the Colleges.
The only ongoing project has the RAG status AMBER due the ongoing uncertainty around the participation in the CityDeal project. The overall status of the CSE programme is AMBER.

| CSE has a budget of 150 ring fenced days for 17/18, possible projects are being considered and allocations yet to be confirmed. |
The College has now reviewed the priority for possible new projects. Several proposals have now been selected and prioritised. Resources availability within ISG is been reviewed to assess how many projects and when these could be scheduled for starting this session. Assignment of PM/BA is still TBC. The proposals considered are in the following areas:
