Achievements:

• Business process change agreed for launch January 2017

Issues:

• Paternity Leave process change which is outwith the scope of this project will not happen until April 2017. Temporary email from Payroll to HR Teams to be put in place until then. Functionality will then launched in January. Issue closed
• As it will be some time before there is a volume of data being processed, a decision is needed as to whether Deployment sign off and project closure can therefore be completed in January. Any minor issues arsing on commencement of new processes can be managed under support. If there was anything significant, how this was addressed would have to be reviewed and agreed with Production Management. Issue open

Next Steps:

• Reach decision on Project Closure
• Close project

Amber as business start date for the new processes has been pushed back into January delaying closure.
