• Resource across project and availability of Project Sponsor
• Reaching agreement on scope for Payroll within new service
• Delayed recruitment of Branch Manager 

These have been escalated to Project Sponsor / CIO

Next Steps 

Priorities include:

• Advertise and progress recruitment of Branch manager
• Progress  / sign off marketing / communication templates
• Progress plans for office location
• Progress sign off for terms and conditions
