• PWC delivered updated document - sponsor has approved content and confirmed project should proceed to closure
• Delivered communications to the sponsor to review and publish
• A new scope addition has been requested by the Sponsor including additional budget for 5 days - PM organised meetings with UoE and PwC

• Extend project through July for new scope

• Welcome Week planning continues to progress as planned;
  • meeting with wider University group lead Lesley Ross, ensuring that all our activities tie in with wider plans
  • progress with graphic design for IS branding
  • progress with Main Library branding
  • a proposal on Key Student Messages approved at SLT on 11th June 2019
  • planning for recruitment of student helpers on-going
• Bi-weekly Meetings continue as planned with updates to the Wiki pages made on an on-going basis.
  • 2 RED projects, at this stage, neither have been escalated to SLT 

Issues

• No issues, however gathering the costs for Welcome Week is taking longer than expected

Next Steps 

• Continue with Welcome Week planning in all areas
• Complete cost estimation for Welcome Week
• Continue with bi-weekly project meetings moving to weekly meetings in August
