• Engagement with stakeholders

• Final feedback gathered from key stakeholders on Franchise Agreement.

Issues 

• Ongoing delay in progressing sign off of Franchise Agreement may result in project milestones being pushed out and increases risks aligned to budget.  Actions are being deployed to progress the deployment and will be escalated if appropriate.

Amber: Delayed sign off for the franchise agreement has impacted the ability to progress development and deployment of the new pilot service. Milestones will be effected potentially resulting in a delay in delivering project objectives and initiation of the new service. This is being managed by the Project Sponsor and Project Manager through engagement with key stakeholders and supplier. The risk will be changed to an issue if this is not resolved by mid May.

• Provided an update to ISG WIS

• PWC reporting slightly behind original schedule, but the sponsor and key stakeholders have approved
• Project sponsor has approved a priority piece ahead of this project, we are still assessing any potential impact

• Continue to support PWC and sponsor requirements
