Issue: AMBER: Delay in the final draft of the Business Analysis report being created due to Business Analyst leaving the business along with a resource conflict for the Project Manager.

Achievements

No work was undertaken on ISG009 in November due to the PM being unavailable as a result of a major corporate deployment.

Issues 

• Business Analyst left the business which impacted upon the completion of the report.
• Project Manager time required to be conflicted due to additional time required on a Priority One project.

Next Steps 

• Business Analysis report to be completed and passed out for review;
• Milestones to be reviewed and amended;
• Closure report to be completed;
• Project to be closed.

IS Apps Procurement Question Set

AMBER: Due to challenges with stakeholder availability, a request to amend the milestones and overall budget will be submitted to WIS on 7th December 2018. Above Milestones show the current signed off and agreed dates....subject to change on Friday.

Achievements

• Work continued on the 'Product Roadmap' and 'Implementation & Training' question sets to allow for these to be circulated for review and sign off;
• Meeting held with Procurement to update on progress to date and to confirm what is in scope for ISG011.

Issues 

• Securing resource availability for the key stakeholders in order to complete the outstanding tasks proved to be an issue which resulted in the overall timescales and budget of the project being extended.
• Project Manager time required to be conflicted due to additional time required on a Priority One project.
• First draft of the PMO documentation still to be circulated with key stakeholders for review prior to final version being created

Next Steps

• Final review of all question sets in line with the team meeting held on 1^st November to align the guidance, questions and governance to create a better end user experience.
• Support documentation to be created for the question sets to complement the Contextual Metrics and Dimensions document to be created, reviewed and signed off by the project team.
• A location for the question sets to permanently be located to be agreed to ensure wider access across the University.
• Closure report to be completed.
• Project to be closed.
