Establish GDPR Support Resources

Issue: Deliverables have still not been signed off by project team. This has impacted on the original closure of the project and is now scheduled for mid-February. No action required by SMT. In the meantime, it has been decided to incorporate the GDPR readiness planning into this project. So, while the original deliverables while soon be signed off, the closure will be extended as the project scope is changed. The steps to report this are under way and will be submitted to WIS shortly.

• Project brief updated and circulated to the project team for approval 
• Project re-planned to accommodate delay in commencing Question Set review 

Issues

• Completion of planning phase delayed to clarify aspects of the project brief regarding project team members, project milestones and Question Set owners.  This then subsequently impacted on the commencement of the Question set
