Achievements

• ISG Working Group: Group members continuing to work on data registers; follow-on workshop arranged for December.
• Ongoing consultations with project team & senior supplier, and PMs on other GDPR projects.

Issues

• Remaining milestones extended
• Project health check requested by Project Services head (actions to follow)
• Web pages to be reviewed and signed off by Records Management
• Sharepoint site still to be made available.

Next steps

• Public version of web pages to be reviewed and published.
• ISG 'GDPR Group' to have workshop and next steps to be determined.
• Sharepoint site to be prepared for use by all.

Projects Website Enhancements

Achievements

• Ed Web distribution update applied successfully to LIVE after UAT and Regression testing
• Lessons Learned log signed off in TEST
• Some bug fixes addressed
• Changes to Risk log received from Sponsor

Issues

• More time spent on the distribution update than planned in order to make sure the custom modules for the Projects Website were properly integrated
• Limited time with Developer, who will not be available after 11 November

Next Steps

• Deploy final release to LIVE containing benefits log and Change dashboard
• Plan for further work required on permissions changes
