• Milestone completed: Agreed Tools, Processes and KPIs
• Milestone completed: Established List of Projects, Services, and Teams
• Bi-weekly project reporting introduced for projects on the IT and Library Business Service Readiness for the Start of Term 17/18 portfolio
• Process introduced for Service Owners and Project Managers to immediately report issues or changes in RAG status to the project team for escalation where needed.

Issues

• No major issues at present.

Next Steps

• Complete  Agreed Staff Contact Lists milestone.
• Ensure ongoing dialogue with the various groups involved in start of term activities so that information is reviewed and updated at least weekly.
• Review risks with Project Team.

Establish GDPR Support Resources

Architecture Repository Implementation

Achievements

• The vendor has been paid, in time for the previous financial year.
• Dev tech resource has been secured for installation.
• Software components and keys have been received, and installed were relevant.

Issues

• On closer examination of the software components, we concluded that no new server needed to be installed; the 'enterprise server' component is an SVN server, and the 'publisher' component is a static set of HTML, PNG and JavaScript. We're planning to use the University's existing SVN and web co-hosting services to support these components.
• If the university services integration works, a second phase won't be necessary.

Next steps

• Complete a TAD.
• Test the integration of ABACUS with the university SVN and web hosting services.
• Receive administration training from the vendor.
• Provide a news item and service description.
