Achievements in the last period

  • Archibus webinar held on 18th May for the Fire Safety demonstration.
  • Completed gap analysis review once Fire Safety demo has been undertaken with regards to: 
    • Existing Archibus modules
    • Potential market supplied solutions  
  • Continued business report.
  • ARUP supplier demonstration for the Fire Safety Team held on 10th May.
  • Reviewed requirements with Fire Safety team and determined they were all still in scope.
  • Last minute demonstration held with FCS to review their product and include in the business analysis.

Issues 

  • Last minute demonstration of 3rd party provider requested by business lead has delayed the finalised business analysis and may push the project over budget.

Next Steps 

  • Complete business analysis to include FCS demonstration.
  • Finalise business analysis  and prepare recommendations.
  • Provide recommendations to the project team.
  • Create closure report.
  • Close project.

Rag Status: Change: Delivery milestone extended by  weeks to enable a further solution to be reviewed
