Achievements this period

• User Group met on 24th October to review success of pilot, incorporating feedback from user survey and whether scenarios have been met

Issues

• The user group decided that the pilot had not sufficiently met their success criteria and a decision was taken not to proceed past the pilot.  Further detail will be summarised in the project closure report.  For this reason, the project is marked as RED this month due to the change in scope not to roll out the product more widely.  However, this issue has been resolved through the 'no go' decision and agreement to close the project following the review of the pilot.

Next Steps

• Dev Tech to decommission Totara build
• Project closure report incorporating lessons learnt

• Rohallion engagement confirmed.  Development begun. 
• QA by IS Development Services begun.
• Demonstration of desktop re-theming delivered to schedule 30/10/17. 
• Customer proposed re-focusing UAT activities on content and editorial work by ESPA team. 
• Preparation for cutover to live service on 22/11/17 remains on schedule. 
• Drupal support responsibilities agreed.

• Completion of increment 1 development work. 
• Sign-off by customer stakeholder. 
• Completion of live environment preparation. 
• Cutover of delivered website to schedule on 22/11/17.
