Achievements this period

• Pilot completed on 30th September
• Support arrangements agreed in principle, with planned transfer of ownership to HR Systems expected from 1st December
• User survey issued to staff and line managers in pilot
• System Administrator Guide refined and circulated
• Mandatory training requirement is capable of being accommodated within standard Totara offering and has been tried by Estates
• Equality and Impact Assessment has been published

Issues

• The transfer to HR Systems support of 1st December is about a month behind the original schedule for transfer to support - this is likely to impact budget as well as time so both indicators are showing as AMBER this month

• Development Technology raised requirement for Information Security team to review the proposed security and encryption proposal for the automated staff feed

Next Steps

• Meeting with Information Security team to review the proposed security and encryption proposal for the automated staff feed
• Test the automated staff and organisations feed
• User Group 24th October to review success of pilot, incorporating feedback from user survey and whether scenarios have been met
• Meetings to be planned with HR Systems to take place early November including training (potentially from supplier)
• Final recommendation following Event Booking integration feasibility

Achievements in the last period

• Design products delivered and reviewed. 
• Rohallion Ltd engagement agreed in principle and resource availability confirmed. 
• ResearchFish and Thompson/Reuters feeds confirmed as out of scope of development.  
• Faceted search confirmed as out of scope for Increment 1.
• Technical preparation for development completed.
• Customer confirmed IS should support delivered website.
• Customer confirmed that ERI will take on support of SQL Server & Access components, not IS. 
• Delivery timescales of 15/11/17 (Increment 1) agreed with stakeholders and authorised by WIS. 
• Second delivery increment Jan 2018 - March 2018 agreed with stakeholders and authorised by WIS.

Next steps

• Finalise Rohallion contractual engagement.
• Begin development. 
• First-cut review of pages  of website w/c 30/10/17. 
• Agree Drupal application support responsibilities.
