Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

Commentary

Programme status: The overall status of the MVMLAT programme is AMBER

An issue has been raised at portfolio level due to resources being reassigned to Core Systems. The immediate impact to MVMLAT is for the BMS Honours Portal project but given the need to manage the impact of the resource loss across the Portfolios, the programme may be at risk of further impact.

A decision to withdraw £100K of funding has been noted on MVMLAT which has a substantial impact on the AV work possible this year for the College.

  • MVM130: The Upgrading of teaching spaces 2018/19 project has now closed
  • MVM132: Loss of SSP resource has delayed completion of this project. Given pressure on MBChB resource, this project is at a higher risk of further delay
  • MVM134: Delay due to unexpected leave in the project team
  • MVM136: Brief out for approval. Exam Fit sessions went well and plan for each of three areas has been agreed.

Please note that the project RAG status is following the revised guidelines: A one-page summary of the IS RAG status indicators is available on this page.
