Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Programme Managers Commentary
MVM508 [CMVM Staff and Visitor print consolidation]
Final stages of project phase - delivery to the last site in the bioQuarter is due to take place on or around publication of the report. This gives the opportunity for closure report to be written up.
MVM509 [Implementation of Vet Practice Management System]
Good to see the project has now moved to green and the delivery date is in sight
MVM522 [MVM Business Process Review for SharePoint Delivery]
Ongoing issue concerning access to a sharepoint developer resource. Progress being made in gathering opportunities to take the service forward so there are positive signs of this progressing. Continued lack of the clarity over resourcing has the otential to keep the project red.
MVM523 [Pilot project for WHO's OFF online Staff Leave Management]
Project to be reopened for reports in December.
MVM525 [Procurement of a Vendor Neutral Archiving (VNA) System for the Vet School]
Changes at the root level and costing of the project have determined that the project should be closed and an alternative approach sought. Work in gathering business requirements and procurement can be readily reused.
MVM526 Zhejiang Institute Repository
Excellent progression made and site now operational - Currently in testing phase.
CURRENT PROGRAMME STATUS: RED
