Overview
The Programme Board has approved the closure of the Programme and associated projects in October..
The work of the Implementation project has been delivered with the final closure updates to the project website now being prepared and the closure will be approved at the applications weekly quality assurance meeting on Friday the 05th of December.
The work of the Engagement and Evaluation Group (EEG) continues for the next two years. There will be a further series of workshops, to create local guidance for the use of the service. These are planned for Semester 2. Circulation of general student guidance has taken place at the start of term, as planned, with printed copies being distributed in welcome week bags and announcements on Learn. The next meeting for this group will be in December.
An initial draft of a report to summarise the impact of the introduction of the has been created along with an initial review of how far the potential benefits, outlined in the original business case for the Programme, have been met. These reports been presented at the final Programme Board meeting in October. These reports will now be owned by the EEG.
It is proposed that the Academic User Group continues to meet during 2019/20 to support Schools who have yet to make full use of the service and the proposed work to be carried out to implement the service in specialist spaces. The Terms of Reference for the group have been amended to reflect this. The next meeting of the group will also be in Feb 2020.
