Programme Commentary
The LMP008 project is now in the process of closing as agreed at the Reading List Project Board meeting held on 27th July the management and governance of the service has been handed over to Service Board under the remit of Laura Shanahan.
A meeting has been arranged for 29th Aug to agree start date for 17/18 project Alma Library Management Platform two-way feed with eFinancials to allow a project manager to be assigned.
As there is only one project in LMP programme for 17/18, this project will be reported under the ISGOTHER Programme which is managed by Adam Wadee, with the key contact within L&UC being Kirsty Lingstadt.
Other work being estimated for the Library team is External library member fee generated in Alma, a meeting was held on 1st August to discuss options to resolve an item highlighted in an Internal Audit review. A high level estimate has been provided by Development Team however the issue will be finding resource days to complete work. Programme manager is having discussions with Application Management if this can be funded via Library Support budget.
The programme overall status for 16/17 is GREEN as all projects within this year's programme have been delivered and within agreed programme budget.
