Preparation for project board meeting on 30th March
Workshops to review 'to be ' processes understand workflows between key operational areas
Terms and Conditions negotiations and contractual work approved by CIO and Supplier
Communications issued out for deadlines for Talis updates
Project budget review
Sandbox data refresh completed 6th March
Agreement to suppliers implementation timescales and updated milestones
Key integration activities for Blackboard and Moodle completed on Sandbox
Training sessions commenced
Data upload samples completed on sandbox for course codes, academic departments and citations
Configuration activity underway e.g. Tags, Logo
Equality Impact Assessment has been signed off and published
Production environment activated

Issues

Delays encountered with completion and sign off of Terms & Conditions contract with supplier however final approval completed on 28th March
Course reserve options being explored - Talis are unable to provide data until early May so may required additional resource in business team to support update of section data.

Leganto / Moodle integration work on production environment
