Achievements in Last Period

• Preparation for project board meeting
• Reviewed 'as is' business process further with SMEs to understand new 'to be' process
• On-going Terms and Conditions negotiations and contractual work
• An overview of implementation project structure completed
• Updates to Communication Plan, Project Roles, Implementation Plan
• Review of project brief underway to update any further details as now covering implementation phase
• Continual monitoring and action on project risks, risk log updated with new risks associated with implementation phase

Issues

• As the project will now move into implementation / integration phase a review of the project budget will be required with discussion/ agreement with Programme Manager and Project Sponsor on any additional funding required
• A slight delay in completion and sign off of Terms & Conditions contract with supplier now expected 6th March
• Agreement on new additional project milestones for Implementation phase of project

Next Steps

• Terms and Conditions agreed and contract negotiations completed 
• Benefits/KPIs review in progress to establish baseline statistics and set targets for the reading list procurement project.
• Project budget review
• Sandbox data refresh expected 6th March
• Agreement to suppliers implementation timescales and updated milestones
• Kick off key integration activities, training
