• Integration testing completed
• Change Based Feed UAT in progress
• Self Reg UI UAT completed
• VRS Library Patron UAT in progress, including card test and door access
• VRS Official Visitor UAT completed, review of outstanding JIRAs to be completed
• Deployment checklist in progress
• EQIA completed and reviewed by Viki Galt
• Self Reg UI has been tested for accessibility
• Implementation roll out steps for live deployment drafted

Issues

• Confirmation that library membership UUN number can be used – Service Manager has confirmed use of m1xxxxx
• DOB data issue on VRS / IDM this is an existing issue on Live VRS
• Business team have requested changes to Self Reg UI  following completion of testing this is to  accommodate a change  of scope to process for NHS Lothian staff ,an assessment of UI change is required  for effort and introduces an associated risk to completion of UAT as developer is due to go on leave from 9th Dec

• Request from Business team for the deployment to live be moved to week commencing 23rd January

• Clarifications being passed to Procurement and fed back to potential suppliers
• Return of ITT from prospective suppliers on 4th November
• IS Apps Business Analyst initial review completed of existing processes aligned to Reading List
• Project Board meeting held on 16th November to provide latest update and project progress
• Preparations for supplier demos expected to take place early December

Issues

• Mandatories and future development planned for supplier (1) highlight associated risks and raise to project board on 14th December

• Complete evaluation consensus scores
• EQIA to be drafted
• Update project board of progress 14th December
