Achievements in Last Period

• Change Based Feed testing underway, tests accounts being finalised with HR and Student Systems
• MicroService, and Self Reg, peer testing complete
• Deployment of WEB010 OAuth2 server to Production completed successfully - risk now reduced to project
• Microservice on new dev server via COM027 project completed and bamoo properties set up, test and live servers have been built ready for bamboo properties and plans to be setup - risk now reduced to project
• ITI work completed on Central Auth and EASE test, this has been tested confirmed working as expecetd
• User Acceptance plans completed VRS Changes and Self - Reg UI
• Build Review completed and signed off by project team

Issues

• VRS requirements reviewed and feedback to project team and VRS Service Owner, agreement gained for current design and build following build review sign off
• PICCL has been raised to extend remaining Milestones these have been agreed by Business Lead, Project Sponsor and Project Manager

Next

• Complete user acceptance testing for Change Based Feed and Bulk Feed
• Complete EQIA
• Commence UAT for Self Reg -UI and VRS
• Deployment Checklist
• Preparation work for business processes and deployment

The project current status is AMBER due to extension of remaining milestones and request to deploy in January by business area due to workload activity in December.

• Submission of ITT by Procurement on 5th October completed
• Clarifications being passed to Procurement and fed back to potential suppliers
• Demo scenarios completed
• Prep project team in readiness for clarification and evaluations in November
• IS Apps Business Analyst assigned to review existing processes aligned to Reading List to highlight any possible changes to processes which could be adopted by L&UC
• Project Board meeting held on 16th OCtober to provide latest update and project progress
• New Procurement Manager aligned to project due to heavy workload committment of current manager
• Stakeholder map and communication strategy completed

Next Steps

• Return of ITT from prospective suppliers due 4th November
• Review of Mandatory responses to assess if all suppliers can continue with tender process
• Review desirable responses from suppliers and evaluate via Award
• Update Project Board of progress 16th November
• Preparations for supplier demos expected to take place early December
