Achievements in Last Period

• Ongoing Development builds for MicroService, VRS Changes and Self Reg - UI being built in parallel
• Change Based Feed test plan documented ready for review with Library / Helpdesk team and confirm testing completion date and deployment date
• Requirements Traceability Matrix created to map requirements to SDS and Test plan and inform requirements which will not be developed
• Initial setup on all the appsutil servers now completed for the microsrv user
• Library IDM Feed TADs updated
• Completed OAuth2 installation for Micro Service

Issues

• Additional funding to be sought for 16/17 project activity - Programme Manager to confirm if funding available from 16/17 LMP Programme
• Peer testing for change based delayed due to availability of resource expected to deploy to test week commencing 8^th Aug
• Developer resource conflicted to TEL032 project for Collaborate Learn issues to be resolved by 21^st July for Live Deployment – this has delayed build activity by 10 days therefore peer testing of VRS will commence 8^th Aug and Self Reg UI 15^th August

Next

• Server builds to be completed
• Build peer testing and review sign off to be completed
• Confirm business contacts to review Self Reg UI
• Work with business areas to complete test plans in advance of development work being completed - initial testing workshop involving IS Apps scheduled for 3rd August
• Complete testing for Change Based Feed and Bulk Feed
• Complete EQIA

The project current status is AMBER due to budget constraints for 16/17 and delay to build completion

LMP008 Resource List software integration with Alma Library Management Platform

Achievements in Last Period

• The key elements of this project are the procurement of a Resource List software working with Library and University Collections and Procurement to gather requirements and evaluate an ITT tender submission, and the integration of the awarded supplier to link to Library Management Platform
• Project initated and project manager assigned
• Initial fact finding meeting held with Business Lead
• Project website created
• Initial demos presented to Library representatives week commencing 25th July by 4 supplier following PIN having been issued out in May

Issues

• The project budget will require a full assessment as original annual planning project submitted was only to cover integration element further funding will be required to cover procurement element as well and has been raised with Business Lead

• Complete planning phase
