Achievements in Last Period

• All System Design Specifications have been reviewed by project team
• Development build for Change Based Feed / Bulk Feed complete and can now be deployed to test
• Development builds for MicroService, VRS Changes and Self Reg - UI being built in parallel

Issues

• Additional funding to be sought for 16/17 project activity

Next

• VRS and Library IDM Feed TADs to be updated
• Server builds to be completed
• Library and helpdesk to finalise wording for errors messages, UI and emails to allow build work to complete
• Build peer testing to be completed
• Work with business areas to complete test plans in advance of development work being completed
• Complete testing for Change Based Feed and Bulk Feed
• Complete EQIA

The project current status is AMBER due to budget constraints for 16/17 this is being sought with involvement from Project Sponsor
