Achievements in Last Period

• Final BRD version signed off by all areas
• Application & Data Architecture document sign off requested following BRD completion (3 oustanding sign offs being chased)
• Re-estimation provided by Development team
• Agreement for Design to be completed in 4 phases
  • SDS has been produced for Change Based Feed and Bulk Feed Split by Type (sign off outstanding from L&UC presentative), development work completed and will be deployed to test on confirmation from L&UC and available to test
  • SDS has been produced for Library Info MicroService and issued for reviewed (sign off from IS Applications Developers and L&UC presentative required)
  • SDS for VRS Changes
  • SDS for Self Registration UI
• Revised milestones have been agreed with Business Lead and Project Sponsor
• Self - Registration Form Question Sets reviewed by Helpdesk team representatives
• Senior Supplier role has agreed for project - this is to be held by both Lorraine Brown from Service Management and Adam Wadee Programme Manager - regular meetings now scheduled

Issues

• Re-estimation has been reviewed with Project Sponsor, Programme Manager and Programme Owner/ Business lead and confirmed project to continue and additional funding being sought

Next

• SDS for VRS Changes - documentation and review scheduled for 8th June
• SDS for Self Registration UI - documentation scheduled for 29th June
• devleopment work will be undertaken in parallel for these elements to keep this activity on schedule
• Work with business areas to complete test plans in advance of development work being completed

The project current status is AMBER due to budget constraints for 16/17 this is being sought with involvement from Project Sponsor

• Signoff pcounter changes in TEST and deliver into LIVE
• Complete user acceptance testing

The project status is AMBER due to the unresolved MyEd issue as the WEB009 team has not given a deadline to fix this issue.
