Achievements in Last Period

• Revised 'to be' process flows produced and reviewed
• Updated BRD document has been issued out for review by Library and helpdesk teams and sign off now being requested
• Application & Data Architecture document reviewed and re-estimate for IS Apps effort provided
• Card mock up created by LTW Graphics team for Library Committe meeting being held in May

Issues

• Due to review and update of BRD and process maps and redrafting of Application and Data Architecture documentation has had a knock on effect to budget effort and timescales for project delivery
• Revised Project milestones have been proposed to business team however due to key business times over Sept and Oct these have been extended, dates still to be confirmed
• Re-estimation of effort following ADA and BRD have estimated project at a higher costs than is currently available additional funding will have to be sought for 16/17 if project has to continue or reassessment of priority requirements to be undertaken
• Due to delays developer resource require work to be provided or team will be reallocated, request for BRD elements that are separate to Self registraion UI activity that can be completed independently of this to keep developer resource occupied whilst BRD sign off achieved.

Next

• Finalise BRD and achieve sign off
• ADA achieve sign off
• Complete SDS documentation
• Confirm revised milestones and agree new aligned budget

The project current status is RED due to delay to BRD sign off due to review and redrafting of requirements also impact on milestones and resource effort required to complete project, these have to be agreed with Project Sponsor / Business Lead and Programme Manager

• MyEd  peer testing completed
• Issue  LMP007-1 resolved
• ALMA - WPM testing completed in DEV/Sandbox
• Build review achieved
• Project estimate revised and  milestones reviewed

Issues

• Existing issue with WPM setup identified which must be resolved before LMP007 can proceed: https://www.jira.is.ed.ac.uk/browse/LMP007-5
• Adressing this issue may impact the current budget as the work to get online print credit working with the required changes may have to be funded by LMP007

Next Steps

• Work with FIN110 and SMI014 to identify when LMP007-5 can be addressed
• Agree new milestones for LMP007-5 as existing milestones will not now be achievable
• Commence user acceptance testing

The project status is AMBER as there is a plan to address the LMP007-5 issue but the timeline is not yet agreed
