Achievements in Last Period

• Walkthrough of processes held with VRS Service Owner, Project Sponsor and Programme Owner / Manager
• BRD workshop to finalise requirements further activity needed before final sign off achieved
• Card Mock ups completed
• Visitor process timelines created to aid discussions in increasing frequency of CRON jobs for VRS to CARD and CARD to Access Management System
• Initial discussion with Business lead regarding UAT responsibilities, Training and Communication plans

Issues

• A point has been raised around processes for Alumni and how this fits into 'to be' processes therefore a meeting has been arranged for 25th February. Business Requirements documentation to be finalised on the completion of these discussions.
• Review milestones due to additional work being required for Bussiness Requirements Document

Next

• Finalise BRD and achieve sign off
• Complete and gain approval for ADA in parallel with SDS (design document)

The project current status is AMBER due additional work required on Business Requirements Documentation
