Achievements in Last Period

• Workshop held on 7th January with Library and Helpdesk representatives together with VRS Service Manager to review 'to be‘ processes
• 'To be' processes documented and issued out for further review
• Identified Door Access contact for cards within IS ITI as an additional stakeholder
• Initial draft of business requirements produced and updated following review of' to be' processes from discussions with business areas.
• Architecture document initial framework created.

Issues

• Original plan for developer to complete ADA alongside BRD however not enough detail available for developer to complete prior to his annual leave. The ADA can be produced in parallel with the SDS on their return. Review dates for BRD completion.
• Risk highlighted that a key stakeholder will be on extended leave whilst Architecture and System design is expected to be reviewed and signed off. Meeting to be arranged to review and identify what plans can be put in place to mitigate the risk or where milestones will have to be changed and agreed with project sponsor.

Next

• Arrange walk through with VRS Service Owner, Project Sponsor and Programme Owner / Manager
• Finalise BRD and achieve sign off
• Draft UAT, Training and Communication plans
• Complete and gain approval for ADA in parallel with SDS (design document)
