For October the LMP Programme is being reported as GREEN. The final project relating to the new LMP implmenetation (LMP005) has delivered which is an excellent achievement. We have encountered a slight delay completing the planning phase for the enhanced visitor feed to Alma (LMP006) due to conflicts on PM time. However, we now have a new PM and Business Analyst assigned which should speed up progress.
There has been a change to the way that the project RAG status is determined for all IS Projects, with the changes applying from this month onwards. The main change is that the RAG will now also reflect the changes over the last month, whereas previously it was the current status at the time of writing the report. This means that if there has been a change to the time, cost and/or scope during the reporting period that would otherwise have made the project status RED or AMBER at that time, then the project will be reported as RED or AMBER. This means that we expect to see more RED or AMBER projects than previously. A one-page summary of the IS RAG status indicators is available on this page.
