System Monitoring Solution - Implementation

INF107 having completed, the next project will split into a Pilot phase to validate the technical solution and the process changes recommended, before procurement/implementation.

We had hoped to start this in 2014/15 but due to other priorities and resource constraints, will start in Q3/Q4 2015 once we have discussed with colleagues in ITI.
