Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Commentary
The overall status of the HRS Programme is AMBER, with the GDPR project reporting AMBER and the HESA project, GREEN.
During April:
- A fix was implemented for the Phase 1 anonymisation requirement under the GDPR project and is awaiting user acceptance testing; and further discussions were held regarding Phase 2 (EDW) but remain unresolved. A request has been made for additional budget to complete Phase 1.
- Planning continued for the HESA project, with the project brief being revised and signed off; and initial estimates put forward to implement the requirements in scope
