During February, work commenced to prepare for the initiation of the HESA Staff Return project for 18/19.

The overall Programme status is GREEN.

Achievements this Period

  • HR confirmed non-anonymisation of more recent termination records is correct.
  • Unique identifier fix using Oracle HR ID will allow re-identification.  This is suitable and GDPR compliant.
  • Phase Two - Historical job application data in eRecruitment strategic solution in the EDW raised with the Digital Transformation team.  Project request forms to be raised.

Issues

  • Resource conflict on-going.  Proposed resolution to be confirmed.

Next Steps

  • Phase One - Script fix coded and tested in prep for UAT.
  • Once issues resolved HR to line up UAT resource to confirm issue resolution.
  • HR to confirm if GaSP are satisfied that their reports are sound and we can progress to go live.
  • If GaSP satisfied progress for initial live run on April 8th.
