Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

During January, work continue on HRS096 GDPR Updates for eRecruitment with the re-plannning completed and a expected delivery in next month.

The HESA Staff Return 18/19 project will also be initiated next month.

The overall USG Other Programme status is GREEN.

GREEN

Meeting held with HR to discuss UAT problems and agree the way forward.
Phase One - initial live run now requested for 8th March 2019 PICCL raised for revised milestone dates.
Phase Two - Historical job application data in eRecruitment strategic solution in the EDW to be raised as a separate project. Project request forms to be raised.

Developer resource (Geir Granum) requested early January for week starting Feb 11th but still not assigned. Possible resource conflict to be investigated.

HR to confirm non-anonymisation of more recent termination records is correct.
IS to investigate unique identifier fix to allow re-identification is suitable and GDPR compliant.
Phase 1 script fix coded and tested in prep for UAT.
